Subsection 1: Elections

Elections to the National Council shall take place under the conditions laid down in Chapter V of this Title. Voting shall take place by post or, where the National Council has so decided pursuant to article R. 4125-22, by electronic means. The National Council shall send to each departmental council concerned the surnames, first names and addresses of the candidates.

When it decides to delegate the examination of the hierarchical appeals referred to in II of article L. 4124-11 to a restricted formation, the National Council shall elect the members of this formation from among its members.
