Sub-paragraph 3: Declarations incumbent on the commercial representations or agencies of foreign States, local authorities or public establishments.

The declarations incumbent on foreign States, local authorities or public establishments which establish a commercial representation or agency in a French department are subject to the provisions of articles R. 123-61 and R. 123-63 to R. 123-75.
