Article L5842-32 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles L. 5222-1 to L. 5222-3 are applicable in French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II. II. – For the application of article L. 5222-2: 1° The last sentence of the fourth paragraph is deleted; 2° The last paragraph is replaced by the following provisions: “The provisions of articles L. 2573-45, L. 2573-46 and L. 2573-62 are applicable to joint ownership between communes. “
