A report, drawn up by the chairman, is sent, at least fifteen days before the date of the meeting, to the members of the committee as well as to the parties concerned by the draft agreement. The latter are heard at their request. The final opinion of the commission is notified to the parties concerned by the draft agreement. The prefect is notified of all these procedures.
