Paragraph 5: School transport (R).

This paragraph sets out the conditions under which the départements and the authorities responsible for organising urban transport are required, pursuant to l’article L. 1614-7 to continue compiling statistics relating to the exercise of the powers transferred to them in respect of school transport.

The model of the standardised documents referred to in article R. 1614-37 is set by joint order of the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of National Education and the Minister of Planning, Housing and Transport.

The standardised documents mentioned in article R. 1614-37 are provided free of charge by the State.
