Paragraph 1: Administrative organisation (R)

The regime applicable to financially autonomous régies entrusted with the operation of a public service of an administrative nature is that of the commune that created them, subject to the provisions that are specific to them.

The accounting duties of the régie are performed by the commune’s accounting officer.
