Paragraph 4: Corrective measures, restrictions on use, interruption of distribution, exemptions, information and advice for consumers

At the end of each derogation period, a progress report on the work undertaken and the results of the monitoring and control programme implemented during the derogation period is drawn up by the person responsible for the water supply and sent to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, who forwards it to the Prefect with his comments.

In the cases provided for in 2° of article R. 1321-32, articles R. 1321-33 and R. 1321-34, the Prefect will ensure that the person responsible for the distribution of water informs the population concerned promptly and appropriately of the derogation and the conditions attached to it and ensures that the advice drawn up by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency is given to the specific population groups for…
