Paragraph 2: Chief Executive Officer

1° The Director General of the Agency is appointed for a renewable term of three years, on the recommendation of the Minister for Health. He is responsible for managing the Agency. At the request of the ministers responsible for research or health, the Director General shall provide them with any information and carry out any report or study falling within the Agency’s remit. Such information, reports or studies shall be submitted to the Advisory Board for its opinion, where they fall within the scope of the latter’s remit, as provided for in article L. 1418-4.
