Pursuant to article 1 of decree no. 70-1277 of 23 December 1970 creating a supplementary social insurance pension scheme for non-tenured employees of the State and public establishments, hospital assistants benefit from the pension scheme managed by the supplementary pension institution for non-tenured employees of the State and public authorities.
