Paragraph 3: Obligations of persons holding authorisation.

Transport is carried out with respect for the patient’s free choice and without discrimination of any kind between patients. It is also provided : 1° With vehicles and personnel that comply with the provisions of articles R. 6312-14 and R. 6312-10; 2° Taking into account the indications given by the doctor ; 3° Without unjustified interruptions to the journey.

Persons holding approval must keep a constantly updated list of the members of their staff who make up the crews of medical transport vehicles, specifying their qualifications. This list is sent annually to the regional health agency of the region in which the persons concerned carry out their activity. The same agency is notified immediately of any changes to the list.
