Sub-paragraph 5: Territorial allocation for local authority investment

A territorial endowment for investment is instituted for the benefit of the communes of French Polynesia. This allocation is earmarked for the financing of projects by communes and their establishments in the areas of waste treatment, water supply, wastewater treatment, adaptation or mitigation to the effects of climate change and pre-elementary and elementary school building projects.
