Article R1614-48 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The special contribution created within the general decentralisation grant in respect of the establishment and implementation of the documents mentioned in article R. 1614-41 pursuant to Article L. 1614-9 is allocated to the communes, public establishments for inter-communal cooperation and mixed syndicates of the overseas departments and the Department of Mayotte under the conditions laid down by the articles R. 1614-49 to R. 1614-51.
