Section 2: Specific provisions for piercing the auricle and the wing of the nose.

This section applies to the piercing of the auricle and the wing of the nose using the ear piercing gun technique.

The technique referred to in article R. 1311-6 may only be used by: -persons who have made the declaration provided for in article R. 1311-2; -persons covered by collective agreements or whose main activity is referred to in the French nomenclature of activities, the lists of which are laid down by order of the Minister for Health.

Persons using the technique referred to in article R. 1311-6 must comply with general health and hygiene rules.
