Chapter III: Legal proceedings

The employee is informed of the legal action envisaged by the representative trade union organisation in application of article L. 8233-1 by any means conferring a date certain. This information specifies the nature and purpose of the action envisaged by the trade union organisation and indicates that : 1° The employee may inform the trade union organisation of his opposition to the planned action within a period of fifteen days…

Once the fifteen-day period provided for in 4° of article D. 8233-1 has elapsed, the employee’s acceptance is deemed to have been tacitly accepted.
