In electricity production plants comprising one or more basic nuclear installations within the meaning of article L. 593-2 du code de l’environnement, work inspection missions are carried out by agents of the Nuclear Safety Authority, authorised for this purpose by the latter. These missions are carried out under the authority of the Minister in charge of labour.
