Article R7124-31 of the French Labour Code
The proportion of the remuneration received by the child, the amount of which may be left at the disposal of the child’s legal representatives, is set by the committee referred to in article R. 7124-20.

The proportion of the remuneration received by the child, the amount of which may be left at the disposal of the child’s legal representatives, is set by the committee referred to in article R. 7124-20.
The Commission shall rule on any request made by the contracting parties prior to any performance.
In the cases set out in 3° and 4° of article R. 7124-23, the notification specifies the fraction of remuneration allocated to the constitution of the lump sum. This notification recalls the obligation imposed on the employer by article R. 7124-35. This fraction relates to the salary and remuneration received by the child in accordance with articles L. 7123-6 and L. 7123-12 to L. 7123-16.
The authorisation given to the child’s legal representatives, pursuant to article L. 7124-9, to make exceptional emergency deductions from the child’s savings may be withdrawn at any time if it appears that the sums already deducted have not been used in full for the purpose for which they were intended. The payment to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 7124-9 is accompanied by a declaration from the employer stating the child’s marital status, place of residence and the names of the child’s legal representatives.
