Article R7123-4 of the French Labour Code

The information and prevention visit provided for in articles R. 4624-10 to R. 4624-21 and the fitness medical examination provided for in articles R. 4624-23 to R. 4624-27 are carried out by the occupational health service responsible for the medical monitoring of mannequins. Article R7123-7 of the French Labour Code

Each mannequin will receive at least one visit or examination carried out by a health professional from the occupational health service per twelve-month period with a view to ensuring, if he is covered by reinforced individual monitoring, that he remains fit to carry out the job in question. The first visit or examination takes place within twelve months of the first information and prevention visit or medical examination on recruitment.
