Article R7111-17 of the French Labour Code

The honorary professional journalist’s identity card may be cancelled in accordance with the procedure set out in articles R. 7111-12 and R. 7111-13 if the holder resumes work in the profession or if it is established that the card was issued on the basis of knowingly inaccurate statements or declarations.
