Section 2: Amending and cancelling declarations

When a training organisation holding a registration number provides an apprenticeship training course for the first time, it must send a copy of its articles of association to the Regional Prefect within thirty days. This provision applies to the private legal entities mentioned in 4° of article R. 6351-5.

For the purposes of assessing the conditions for cancelling the registration of the declaration of activity mentioned in 1° and 2° of Article L. 6351-4, the services examined are those corresponding to the revenue appearing in the last educational and financial report sent by the service provider to the Regional Prefect pursuant to Articles L. 6352-11 and R. 6352-22 to R. 6352-24 and to the revenue received between the date…

The registration of the declaration is cancelled by the regional prefect.

Any interested party wishing to contest a decision to refuse or cancel registration of a declaration of activity must lodge a complaint with the authority that took the decision, prior to any appeal on grounds of ultra vires.

The period referred to in 3° of Article L. 6351-4 is set at thirty days.
