Section 1: General provisions

Decrees no. 72-279 and 72-283 of 12 April 1972 and the provisions of this book apply in the departments of Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin, insofar as they are not derogated from by the provisions of articles R. 6261-2 to R. 6261-14. All provisions relating to persons, companies, activities or professions governed by decree no. 83-487 of 10 June 1983 apply, in the departments of Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin, to persons, companies, activities or professions which, in these departments, come under the jurisdiction of the regional chambers of trades and crafts.
