Article R6261-20 of the French Labour Code

A regulation, drawn up with the agreement of the regional prefect by each mission responsible for the pedagogical supervision of apprenticeship training leading to a diploma and the relevant chamber of trades and crafts or territorial chamber of commerce and industry, sets out the terms of cooperation between the mission and this chamber with a view to coordinating the organisation of inspections.
