Section 6: Supervision of apprenticeship training leading to a diploma

The provisions of the single chapter of Title V relating to the pedagogical supervision of apprenticeships leading to a diploma are applicable in the départements of Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin, subject to the exceptions and special rules resulting from the following articles

Supervision of the training provided to apprentices in companies to which decree no. 98-247 of 2 April 1998 relating to craft qualifications and the trades and crafts sector applies is carried out by the experts mentioned in 3° of article R. 6251-1 appointed by the Grand Est regional chamber of trades and crafts. The provisions relating to professional secrecy, set out in the last paragraph of article R. 6251-2, are applicable to the experts appointed by the consular chambers mentioned in article R. 6261-16.

The provisions of article R. 6251-3 are applicable to the reports of the experts appointed by the consular chambers mentioned in article R. 6261-16. The reports are systematically sent to the educational control mission concerned by the training course being audited.

Each expert appointed by the consular chambers mentioned in article R. 6261-16 draws up an annual activity report. This report is sent by the president of the chamber concerned to the regional prefect.

A regulation, drawn up with the agreement of the regional prefect by each mission responsible for the pedagogical supervision of apprenticeship training leading to a diploma and the relevant chamber of trades and crafts or territorial chamber of commerce and industry, sets out the terms of cooperation between the mission and this chamber with a view to coordinating the organisation of inspections.
