Section 2: Continuing vocational training agreement

Continuing vocational training agreements concluded in application of the first paragraph of article L. 6122-1 are drawn up in accordance with one of the models attached at the end of this book.

Continuing vocational training agreements shall make appropriate reference to the articles in the “Common provisions applicable to vocational training agreements involving State aid”, appended at the end of this book.

Continuing vocational training agreements give rise to entitlement to State aid under the conditions laid down in the agreement.
