The State shall make available to Parliament, the Commission nationale de la négociation collective, de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle, the professional trade unions, the Conseil supérieur pour le reclassement professionnel et social des travailleurs handicapés and the Conseil national consultatif des personnes handicapées, the results of the data collected from the skills operators mentioned in article L. 6332-1 and the national equalisation fund mentioned in article L. 6332-18.

The State regularly publishes the data sent to it by the skills operators and the national equalisation fund, in application of article L. 6332-23.
