Sub-paragraph 3: Suspension or cancellation of aid payments.

If there is no change in the beneficiary’s situation at the end of a period of three months following notification of the decision suspending payment of the aid, or if the beneficiary makes a false declaration, payment of the aid will be cancelled by decision of the Prefect. In the event of fraudulent declarations, the beneficiary shall reimburse the managing body for the aid paid.
