Article R5522-66 of the French Labour Code
In the case provided for in 1° of Article L. 5522-23, State aid takes the form of a capital sum paid in two or more instalments.

In the case provided for in 1° of Article L. 5522-23, State aid takes the form of a capital sum paid in two or more instalments.
An applicant is deemed to fulfil the condition of effective management of the business created or taken over if, under his or her own responsibility, he or she manages the business and represents it in its dealings with third parties.
Business start-up aid cannot be combined with:1° An apprenticeship contract;2° An employment support contract;3° A youth employment contract;4° (Repealed)5° A professionalisation contract.
The maximum amount of aid is €9,378.
When the aid is intended for business start-ups, a maximum of 15% of the amount is devoted to business management advice or training.
