Paragraph 2: Payment.

The bonus is paid for ten years, on a degressive basis, for net job creation after the approval date.

The job creation premium, worth 34,650 euros, is paid annually according to the following scale:1° During each of the first three calendar years: 5,500 euros;2° During each of the following three calendar years: 3,650 euros;3° During each of the remaining four calendar years: 1,800 euros.

The bonus is paid for each additional full-time equivalent job created in the department or local authority in excess of the reference workforce. Fractions of jobs are not taken into account.

In the event of a reduction in the workforce, the payment of bonuses corresponding to the most recent job creations is suspended to the extent of the reduction in the workforce.

Half the amount of the bonus is paid as soon as the new job is filled on a full-time basis. The balance is paid by 31 March of the following year at the latest, after verification of the average number of employees.
