Article R5522-15 of the French Labour Code

If the employment contract is terminated before the end of the training period referred to in article R. 5522-12, the sums already paid to the employer corresponding to training hours not completed will be repaid. Where the vocational integration aid or a subsequent amending decision has provided for hours of training given in the company, these hours are deemed to be equally distributed over the training period.
