Subsection 8: Inspections and disputes.

The employer shall at all times present to the auditors of the paid leave funds the pay slips to enable them to check the accuracy of the amount of wages used to calculate the contribution, as well as any documents justifying the actual payment of the contribution and the allowances provided for.

Collective disputes arising from the application of this section, with the exception of salaried employees employed by the State, are submitted to a joint conciliation commission. This commission is made up of four employer members and four employee members appointed respectively by the employers’ and employees’ organisations that are representative of all the professional activities listed in article D. 5424-7.
