The list of jobseekers is kept by Pôle emploi.

Registration on the jobseekers’ list is made electronically with Pôle emploi. Jobseekers requesting registration must declare their place of residence and provide information enabling them to be identified. If they are unable to register themselves electronically, jobseekers may register with Pôle emploi, also electronically, and, if necessary, receive assistance from Pôle emploi staff.
