The personal data collected is that which makes it possible to identify the beneficiary and, where applicable, his or her spouse, cohabitee or partner linked by a civil solidarity pact, i.e. for each of them: 1° Surname and, where applicable, married name, first name, date of birth, municipality of residence; 2° The registration number in the national register for the identification of natural persons; 3° The number of the relevant…

Pôle emploi retains the personal data collected as part of the processing set up by article R. 5312-32 until the jobseeker’s entitlement to the revenu de solidarité active, the prime d’activité or the allocation aux adultes handicapés has lapsed.

The recipients of the personal data mentioned in 3° and 4° of Article R. 5312-33, for the sole purposes mentioned in Article R. 5312-32, are the Pôle emploi agents designated and authorised by the authority responsible for this body to access the processing of data relating to the management of job applications mentioned in the first paragraph of Article R. 5312-32.

The rights of access and rectification provided for by articles 39 and 40 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms may be exercised with the body responsible for the service of the allowance from which the person concerned benefits among those mentioned in article R. 5312-32.

The right to object provided for in the first paragraph of article 38 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, data files and individual liberties shall not apply to the processing provided for in this section.
