Failure to verify the existence of a work permit or to declare the name of the foreign national in breach of the provisions of articles L. 5221-8 and L. 5221-9 is punishable by a 5th class fine. A repeat offence under this article is punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the Criminal Code.
