Section 5: Other guidelines

When the Commission des droits et de l’autonomie des personnes handicapées (Commission for the Rights and Independence of Disabled People) considers a move to the labour market or to a work-assisted establishment or service, it will make a reasoned decision, taking into account the real possibilities for integration into the labour market or into such an establishment or service.
