Chapter IV: Institutions and organisations contributing to the professional integration of disabled people

The articles of association of the association responsible for managing the Development Fund for the Professional Integration of the Disabled mentioned in Article L. 5214-1 are approved by the Minister for Employment.

The association carries out an annual assessment of the actions it takes to promote the integration of disabled people into the workforce in an ordinary environment. It publishes an annual activity report and is subject to administrative and financial control by the State.

The association sends the Minister for Employment, for approval, the draft distribution of contributions for the current year, by 31 March each year at the latest. It shall also send him the report on the use of contributions for the previous year.

In compliance with the missions set out in article L. 5214-3, the agreement on objectives determines in particular: 1° The reciprocal commitments contributing to coherence between common law employment and vocational training measures and the specific measures adopted by the association, and the financial resources required to achieve these objectives; 2° The priorities and main principles for intervention by the public employment service and specialised placement bodies.

A cooperation agreement is signed between the association responsible for managing the fund for the professional integration of the disabled and the fund for the professional integration of the disabled in the civil service. In particular, it sets out the respective obligations of the parties with regard to specialised placement bodies.
