Article D5211-4 of the French Labour Code

Adaptations are implemented on the basis of information provided by : 1° The disabled person ; 2° The public employment service; 3° The specialised placement organisations that support the disabled person in his or her access to employment; 4° The Commission for the Rights and Independence of Disabled People; 5° The organisations involved in drawing up the person’s social and professional integration project.
