Subsection 4: Financial assistance and exemptions

The aid provided for in the multi-year agreement is paid for a period of sixty months from the creation of the job, for periods during which the job is actually filled by a person fulfilling the conditions set out in Article L. 5134-1.

The annual amount of aid per workstation is set at €15,924.55.The aid is paid monthly in advance to the employing organisation.

When payment of the aid has been suspended following a vacancy due to a breach of the employment contract, there is no resumption of payment of the State aid. However, payment of the aid may be resumed for posts for which the initial agreements have been the subject of an amendment extending the duration of the aid to a period in excess of sixty months. For each post, the agreements signed with the private not-for-profit organisations may be amended to provide for the payment of part of the initial aid and the granting of a consolidation bonus of up to 15,245 euros for an additional period of thirty-six months.

If the endorsements are terminated, the sums that the employer should have received in respect of the initial aid if he had not opted for the deferred payment of this aid will be repaid to him.

Where the working time stipulated in the employee’s contract is less than thirty-five hours a week, the amount of aid is reduced by applying the ratio between the working time stipulated in the contract and the collective working time applicable to the employing organisation where the post is created.
