Subsection 4: Periods of work experience.

The agreement referred to in article L. 5132-2 may provide for the possibility for the body that has signed the agreement as a workshop and work integration site to set up periods of work experience for its employees recruited under contracts concluded in application of article L. 5132-15-1. Each period of work experience prescribed, in agreement with the employer, for an employee undergoing integration is the subject of an agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Chapter V of this Title, subject to the provisions of this sub-section.

The cumulative duration of all the periods of work experience carried out during the contract concluded in application of article L. 5132-15-1 may not represent more than 25% of the total duration of the contract.

The organisation approved as an integration workshop and site sends the Agence de services et de paiement a copy of the agreement referred to in article D. 5135-2.
