Section 3: Training agreement

Agreements providing for the temporary vocational training measures referred to in 1° of article R. 5111-2 are concluded for a limited period with a view to organising: 1° Conversion measures; 2° Adaptation measures; 3° Prevention measures.

These agreements may provide for: 1° Either the organisation of homogeneous temporary training sections; 2° Or the completion of the training course at the workstations themselves, under the supervision of instructors.

The training agreements shall specify in particular: 1° The purpose, nature and duration of the training provided and the expected number of trainees; 2° The conditions for setting up and running the training courses; 3° The technical supervision enabling, in particular, the training time used as a basis for the State’s contribution to running costs to be determined; 4° The conditions for covering the costs of the instructors’ training and…

An employee following a conversion programme which has been the subject of an agreement is paid under the conditions set out in article L. 6341-4.
