Subsection 1: Tasks

Departmental employment and integration committees help to implement public employment and professional integration policy guidelines and Government decisions in this area. They are governed by the provisions of articles 8 and 9 of decree no. 2006-665 of 7 June 2006.

The departmental employment and integration committee is responsible for apprenticeships in conjunction with the regional employment, training and vocational guidance committee.

The Commission départementale de l’emploi et de l’insertion coordinates its work with that of commissions or councils set up by local authorities in the field of employment and integration. It issues the opinions required by law on applications for approval.
