Section 6: Mechanical vibration.

The labour inspector may ask the employer to have exposure to mechanical vibration measured by an accredited body, in order to ensure compliance with the obligations relating to the prevention of the risks of exposure to mechanical vibration set out in Title IV of Book IV.

The employer must prove that he has referred the matter to the accredited body within fifteen days of the date of the formal notice. It shall forward the results to the Labour Inspectorate within ten days of receiving them.
