Section 5: Noise.

The labour inspector may ask the employer to have noise exposure measured by a body accredited in this field, in order to ensure compliance with the obligations relating to the prevention of the risks of exposure to noise provided for in Title III of Book IV.

The employer must prove that he has referred the matter to the accredited body within fifteen days of the date of the formal notice. It shall forward the results to the Labour Inspectorate within ten days of receiving them.
