Section 1: Ventilation and sanitation of work premises.

The labour inspection officer referred to in article L. 8112-1 may ask the employer to have an accredited body or, in the absence of an accredited body, a body designated by order of the ministers responsible for labour and agriculture, carry out checks and measures to verify that the ventilation and sanitation of work premises comply with the provisions of articles R. 4222-6 to R. 4222-17, R. 4222-20 and R….

The employer must prove that he has referred the matter to the body referred to in article R. 4722-1 within the time limit set and must forward the results of the checks and measurements to the Labour Inspection officer as soon as they are received.
