The employer must prove that he has referred the matter to the accredited body or the Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire within the time limit set. It shall forward the results to the officer who requested the verification as soon as they are received.

The labour inspection officer referred to in Article L. 8112-1 may ask the employer to have the levels of artificial optical radiation referred to in Article R. 4452-7 measured by an accredited body or, failing that, by the national metrology and testing laboratory referred to in Article L. 823-1 of the Consumer Code. The employer shall provide proof that he has referred the matter to the accredited body or, failing that, to the national metrology and testing laboratory within the time limit set and shall forward the results to the labour inspection officer referred to in Article L. 8112-1 as soon as he receives them.

The labour inspection officer referred to in article L. 8112-1 may ask the employer to have a technical check carried out on the exposure limit values for electromagnetic fields defined in articles R. 4453-3 and R. 4453-4 by an accredited body or, failing that, by a body designated by order of the ministers responsible for labour and agriculture.

The employer must prove that he has referred the matter to the body referred to in Article R. 4722-21-2 within the time limit set and must forward the results of the technical inspection to the Labour Inspection inspector as soon as they are received.
