Title I: Compulsory documents and notices

The employer shall post, in premises normally accessible to workers, the address and telephone number of: 1° The occupational physician or occupational health service responsible for the establishment; 2° The emergency services; 3° The competent labour inspectorate and the name of the inspector responsible.

Certificates, instructions, results and reports relating to checks and inspections for which the employer is responsible in terms of health and safety at work must be dated. They shall mention the identity of the person or body responsible for the inspection or verification and that of the person who carried out the inspection or verification.

In the absence of specific provisions, the employer shall keep documents relating to observations and formal notices issued by the Labour Inspectorate, as well as those relating to inspections and checks for which employers are responsible in terms of health and safety at work over the last five years and, in any event, those relating to the last two inspections or checks.
