Subsection 2: Annual report.

Each year, the head of the establishment draws up a report on the organisation, operation and financial management of the independent occupational health and prevention service. This report is drawn up in accordance with a model laid down by joint order of the ministers responsible for health and labour. The annual report is presented at the same time as the report mentioned in article D. 4626-32 and the social report to the establishment’s technical committee, the establishment’s medical committee and the social and economic committee. It is forwarded, together with any comments made by these bodies, within one month, to the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment.

The provisions of article D. 4626-7 apply when the establishment has signed an agreement with an inter-company occupational health and prevention service.
