A site access road is built to allow vehicles and pedestrians to reach at least one point within the site perimeter. This road is extended into the site by other roads allowing workers to access the areas where the various premises intended for them are installed. Access roads must be passable at all times. Rainwater is drained and evacuated. These routes are adequately lit.

The connection to a drinking water distribution network must be made in such a way as to ensure an adequate supply to the various water points provided in the workers’ quarters.

Connection to an electricity distribution network provides sufficient power to supply the various equipment and installations in the workers’ premises.

Waste is disposed of in accordance with current sanitary regulations.
