The contractor required to submit a specific health and safety plan to the coordinator or the project owner, pursuant to the first paragraph of article L. 4532-9, has thirty days from receipt of the contract signed by the project owner to draw up this plan.

As soon as the company’s contract has been signed, the coordinator will inform each of the contractors called upon to work on a site subject to the general coordination plan obligation of the names and addresses of the contracting contractors. On request, he will forward to each contractor the specific health and safety plans drawn up by the other contractors.

In the case of a building construction operation, the coordinator shall communicate to the other contractors the specific health and safety plans of the contractors responsible for the shell work or the main lot and of those who have to carry out work presenting specific risks, as listed in article L. 4532-8.

When drawing up the specific safety plan, the subcontractor shall take into account the information provided by the contractor, in particular that contained in the general coordination plan.
