Where it is compulsory to draw up a written prevention plan, in application of article R. 4512-7, this plan is made available to the social and economic committee of the user company and to those of the external companies. These committees are informed of any updates. The plan and its updates are communicated to them at their request. They receive all the information they need to carry out their duties.

The social and economic committee of the competent user undertaking shall, if it considers it necessary, instruct one or more of its members belonging to the staff delegation to take part in the prior joint inspection. Inspections and periodic coordination meetings are organised at the reasoned request of two staff representatives on the user undertaking’s social and economic committee. At the reasoned request of two staff representatives on the external company’s social and economic committee, the provisions of the second and third paragraphs of article R. 4513-3 are implemented by the head of the external company.

The following notices are displayed at the entry and exit points for user undertaking personnel: 1° The names and places of work of the members of the social and economic committee of the user undertaking and of external undertakings; 2° The name of the user undertaking’s occupational physician; 3° The location of the user undertaking’s infirmary.
