The employer shall take preventive measures to eliminate or reduce to a minimum the risks arising from exposure to mechanical vibration, taking account of technical progress and the existence of measures to control the risk at source.
The reduction of risks of exposure to mechanical vibrations is based on the general principles of prevention set out in Article L. 4121-2.
