Work equipment shall include the warnings, signs and warning devices essential to ensure the safety of workers. These warnings, signs and warning devices must be chosen and placed in such a way as to be easily perceived and understood without ambiguity.
Where operators have the possibility of choosing and adjusting the technical operating characteristics of work equipment, the latter shall include all the information necessary for these operations to be carried out safely. The speed limit above which work equipment may present risks is clearly specified.
