Section 7: Driving authorisation for the use of certain mobile work equipment or equipment for lifting loads

The driving of self-propelled mobile work equipment and work equipment used for lifting is reserved for workers who have received appropriate training. This training is completed and updated as necessary.

The operation of certain equipment presenting particular risks, due to its characteristics or purpose, is subject to obtaining a driving licence issued by the employer. The authorisation to operate must be made available to the Labour Inspectorate and to agents of the prevention department of social security organisations.
